Crave Massage requires a valid credit card number when booking a service. Crave Massage has a twenty-four hour notice cancellation policy that is strictly enforced. On the chance that you do not arrive for your appointment or you cancel your appointment within the twenty-four hour time frame, the full cost of the massage will be charged to your credit card, membership or gift card that is on file.
